Small Biz Technology recently asked me which software tool is best for automating the hiring process. RemoteInterview! It’s how we find the best candidates in the tech market, check out their work and narrow down applicants.
Here’s how 11 other experts weighed in:
For Tarek Pertew of Uncubed, his go-to resource is Greenhouse (admittedly expensive, but worth the cost). Adzerk’s James Avery can’t get enough of the affordable, intuitive Recruiterbox. Randy Rayess from VenturePact is smitten with TalentBin, where managing candidates is a breeze and engagement is the center focus.
Ask GetVoIP’s Reuben Yonatan how he automates HR, and he’ll tell you Hired.com is the key. However, Josh York of GYMGUYZ is dedicated to Hireology, which is totally free. NoPaperForm’s Vishal Shah says HackerRank is the golden ticket, rich with more than one million developers giving their all.
Chad Halvorson of When I Work knows that TheMuse.com is a great way to share details with candidates and lets them bypass pesky forms. Miles Jennings, a leader at Recruiter.com, gives a nod to Bullhorn as a cloud-based, mobile-ready and quick automation tool. Rounding out the Top 12 are VenturePact’s Pratham Mitall tooting Sourcing.io’s horn, Mattan Griffel from One Month boasting about Lever and JobVite is the winner for Realty ONE Group’s Kuba Jewgieniew.
